We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager , B2B Solutions to lead the development of Polar’s B2B offering.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for Polar’s B2B solutions offering. You will be turning Polar’s health and wellness offering, devices, SDK and connectivity capabilities into B2B customer-facing value propositions and scalable solution concepts. As part of the Product Management team, you will work in close collaboration with fellow product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the B2B portfolio alignment within Polar product portfolio. You will create measurable impact on user engagement, retention, customer lifetime value and new B2B revenue streams.
Key responsibilities:
Own the B2B solutions portfolio: Define and drive B2B strategy and roadmap across hardware, embedded software, SDK, connectivity and emerging service-layer capabilities. Ensure alignment with company strategy and commercial targets.
Work closely with customers, partners, sales and internal teams to understand needs and the most relevant B2B use cases and turn the customer, partner and market insight into scalable solutions. Translate insights into clear solution concepts, requirements and development priorities that solve real customer problems.
Drive commercial impact and build scalable business cases and value propositions for B2B solutions and partnership-based business models, including pricing, profitability and scalability considerations.
Qualifications:
5–10+ years of experience in product management, solution business, connected products or platform business in a B2B environment, ideally in health, wellness or sports technology.
Ability to discuss and work across hardware, embedded software, SDK, connectivity and service concepts and turn complexity into customer value.
Strong commercial thinking, including experience in business cases, pricing, profitability or other scalable business model considerations.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in English and Finnish.
