Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can't replace battery To quote a previous reviewer: "However, one big problem...the battery cover on the back has become stuck and I can't unscrew it to replace the battery. I was able to do it the first couple of times without a problem, but it's stuck solid now. I tried with a coin as I'm supposed to, but it only ended up damaging and bending the plastic sides of the groove, so nothing can open it now." Polar's advice in response to this reviewer will not work as you cannot remove the cover to clean around it. Basically I have a great HRM that I can't use because the battery is dead. There has to be a better way to handle the battery cover so that the groove doesn't strip so easily.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Battery Issues I've had for almost two years, and have been through 4 batteries. Yes I know to take off the the strap. Changing the battery out is the worst and almost impossible. After this last battery change it just stopped working and the app never would stay on to track my hr. I only use because recommended by trainer and we all use to track our progress to workout, but I will not buy another one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dead accurate My Apple Watch was registering drops in pulse rate at the gym of over 100 bpm. Arrhythmia was the first thought. Faulty readings was the second. Polar solved it. Steady pulse rate readings when compared to my cardiologist's monitors when on the treadmill. So far it's a great product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable! I bought an H7 heart rate monitor along with a M450 to use for cycling. I've been very displeased with the H7. No matter what I try I get bad data during my rides. I've tried wearing it in different location on both the front and back of my chest, and I bought EKG gel to improve conductivity. Despite all my efforts, I keep getting readings heart rate readings that I know aren't accurate. At this point, I'm going to look at other products that actually provide consistently accurate data as the H7 isn't working for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Issue with H7/Android 6.0.1 interface Spent more money to purchase a replacement H7 as Polar Cus Svc advised. Still does not maintain interface for HR...starts then fails to display even with new strap/sender. Remounting app on the Android no resolution. Inet discussions reflect issue is out there but apparently there has not been a patch from Polar. Help!
