I was fat. I was miserable. I had three young children and I could barely walk. In 2008 I tipped the scales at 369 pounds. I decided to take my life back, joined a gym and bought a Polar HRM F7. Since that time, I have lost OVER 200 pounds!! My F7 has been a key component to my success. It has taught me that exercise and tracking calories burned is key to successful weight loss and maintenance. My kids and husband are so proud of me. I am so proud of me. I have gone from the fat mom to the fit mom and will be participating in my first sprint triathlon in June and will be wearing my F7 every step of the way!
