Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great companion, but very inaccurate I bought the A360 last Christmas. I was very excited I did not have, at first, to wear an extra sensor in order to monitor my heart beats during training. I run, swim and go to the gym regularly. I started to feel that the optical sensor was not giving me an accurate reading when I was at the gym in one of the day's most intensive circuits, and it said 120 heartbeats during training, just to increase when I finished it to 160. Because of this misreading, you are pushed to do more in order to increase your heartbeat, even though you feel fatigued already. Sometimes the reading also jumps when running. When swimming I have no complains, I readily knew the optical wrist sensor is not accurate in the pool. Anyway, I ended up buying the H7 sensor, and now I feel the watch tells me exactly the heart beats I feel I am at the moment. The optical sensor might be a good idea, but it definitely needs to be improved. Also, needing to have the watch tight in your wrist is a bit uncomfortable. However, one of the major advantages of this product respect to the others is its little weight and space it needs in your wrist. In summary I am going to keep using it with the H7 sensor in order to avoid the optical sensor inaccuracies.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hard to get started. Can't figure it out yet. Hard to buckle on in the morning. I thought it monitored sleep. It doesn't.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Did not meet expectations I had been debating buying this watch for months and finally took the plunge to get it, but after a week of using it I'm mostly disappointed. PROS: - I like the design of this watch, which was ultimately why I chose it over other brands. - the live phone updates from your phone to your watch is a cool feature - the heart rate tracker seems accurate CONS: - the wrist band runs EXTREMELY small. I have to use the last holes on the band, and the watch is still so tight that it is unpleasant to wear. My 8 year old cousin tried the watch on and it was the perfect size for a child. - the screen rarely lights up when turned as if it was being viewed as it is supposed to - this watch is difficult the pair with the polar app, and have it stay connected and sending results - the polar app is sub-par compared to fitbit's. It offers very little data, and isn't very user-friendly - I wish this watch offered the option to see a 24/7 tracking of your heart rate

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible wristband! Product is not secure! Horrible wristband! Multiple times the Polar A360 would just pop out of the wrist band, luckily I would catch it coming out or I would eventually find it on the ground. Unfortunately the other night I wasn't so lucky. I looked down at my wrist before bed and found the wristband with no A360 device. I've been backtracking as much as I can but no luck in finding the device. Paying a premium for this devise, this type of thing should never happen.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product. Bad band Had it for about a month and I love it. The only problem is my band is already broken. Can I get a replacement?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this less that a month ago and it's honestly given me nothing but problems... if it worked correctly it would be an amazing product. I can't feel the vibration when I get texts... sometimes the vibrations just won't work even if I'm with my phone... sometimes it vibrates when there's no reason it should be. It's just frustrating after the amount I spent on it. I reset it like they said and it still did the same thing. I've had to reset thebluetooth several times bc they said if there are other Bluetooth "anything" around it can throw it off .... that's horrible I mean there's bluetooths on everywhere so that's just ridiculous that it causes problems. I've sent it off to get "fixed" and I had to pay for shipping to them again ridiculous... The fit bit vibrations are strong enough that there's no way to miss it but this watch I can hardly feel unless my phone is ringing. I love the look and if it worked correctly it would be amazing so it's just unfortunate they didn't take more time to perfect this model.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wrist band needs fixing I got this a few weeks ago and enjoyed keeping track of my sleep, activit, and training. Not to mention its ease of use. Unfortunately I started having a similar problem with the wrist band that many others have written about. It would come undone randomly, but I usually would catch it. Until last week when I jumped in the lake to go for a swim and came back up only to realize the watch he fallen off. Now it's lost somewhere in the depths. Not very practical for a watch that has an add featuring people surfing with it. I would recommend only wearing it in water that you can reach/see the bottom of in order to get it back when it does come off. Wish I knew that before.
