No, it is not possible to place an order by phone at the moment.
At present, we ship to locations within Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. All shipments are shipped based on choice made by the customer during checkout process.
Shoppolar offers two methods of delivery:
1. Delivery by mail
Due to the global outbreak of the Coronavirus (Covid19), as well as the guidelines as laid out by the Singapore government, please be advised that any orders made during this period will be shipped out from our warehouse in Singapore approximately 2-3 weeks after the order is received (except weekends and public holidays).
Shipping time is calculated from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The standard delivery times are:
Local Delivery Courier: Ninja Van
Overseas Delivery Courier: DHL International
2. Pick up from our office
Our office is currently closed till 4th May 2020, and we will advise should there be any changes to our operating hours then.
You will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready to be picked up.
Order pick up is free.

The shipping cost is FREE per shipment within Singapore. Shipping cost outside Singapore is $25 SGD.
Due to Covid- 19 situation, orders below $100 are shipped for free till further notice.
Please note that you may be charged for additional customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

Items purchased online at shoppolar.sg may be returned directly to our Return Centre by mail or in person. You will bear the shipping cost. Please see the Return Policy for mailing instructions.
Personal information requested on this site will be used only to process your order and ship your order. Personal information does not include the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization. We also collect browser type, operating system and platform, and IP address which we use to prevent and detect fraud. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you enter.
