Can I order by phone?

No, it is not possible to place an order by phone at the moment.

How does this online store handle international shipments?

At present, we ship to locations within Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. All shipments are shipped based on choice made by the customer during checkout process.

What are your delivery methods?

Shoppolar offers two methods of delivery:

1. Delivery by mail

Your order will be shipped out from our warehouse in Singapore within 48 after receiving your order (except on weekends and public holidays of Singapore).

Shipping time is calculated from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The standard delivery times are:

  • Singapore 3-4 working days
  • Brunei 6-7 working days
  • Indonesia 5-6 working days
  • Malaysia 5-6 working days
  • Philippines 6-7 working days
  • Thailand 6-7 working days

    2. Pick up from our office

    You can also pick up your order from our office in downtown Singapore.

    You will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready to be picked up.

    Order pick up is free.

What are your office hours?

You can pick up your order between 10:00am to 5:00pm SGT, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is $25 SGD per shipment within Singapore. Shipping cost outside Singapore is $30 SGD.

 Orders above $100 SGD are shipped for free.

Please note, that for orders above $400 SGD you may be charged additional customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

Items purchased online at shoppolar.sg may be returned directly to our Return Centre by mail or in person. You will bear the shipping cost. Please see the Return Policy for mailing instructions.

What do you do with the personal information I provide for processing my order?

Personal information requested on this site will be used only to process your order and ship your order. Personal information does not include the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization. We also collect browser type, operating system and platform, and IP address which we use to prevent and detect fraud. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you enter.
