Adrian Mok, an accomplished athlete in endurance sports, has created several training plans for endurance races. From a 5 weeks training plan for Duathlon races to a 16 weeks training plan for 84km Marathon run, his detailed conceptualization aims to assist sports enthusiast finish their race with a personal best.
Adrian has represented Singapore for triathlon on a national level. His best achievements include running marathons among the top local men's category and winning the age-group in triathlons. His accolades of ultra endurance attempt includes representing Singapore for the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii in 2004 and running 168km run around Singapore.
Polar's training system allows for importing of training plans into the Polar ProTrainer 5TM software which in turn can be downloaded into Polar RS400, RS800, CS400 and CS600 for guidance during training session. For in depth analyzing of exercise performance against target set, simply transfer the completed training data back into the software.
