If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you may return it within fourteen (14) calendar days from date of purchases . To return an item, please contact the Polar Customer Service Team by phone at +61 2 9195 2002 or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and reference "Polar Online Return".
Representatives are available to assist you with your return Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST (excluding holidays).
Items should be returned in a pristine condition, unopened, unused and in original condition, with a completed return form and a copy of the proof of purchase, to our Return Center (address below).
A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please see our Damaged or Defective Product section below.
Refunds will not be issued if the Product concerned is: a) Software which we have supplied to you sealed and unused and you have broken the seal or which you have successfully downloaded from the Polar Store website.
Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order for us to properly process your return.
- Send the item in its original packaging.
- Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. We suggest using a box and bubble wrap.
- Include a copy of the purchase invoice (included with your shipment) and this return form. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a purchase invoice and return form.
- It is recommended to use a secure shipping method such so that you have tracking for the package. Polar is not responsible for items lost in transit and the return cannot be processed until the item is received.
- Polar Australia does reserve the right to reject any returns if they are not meeting the requirements set above

Damaged, Defective or Warranty Products
To return a damaged or defective item, please contact the Polar Customer Service Team by phone at +61 2 9195 2002 or by e-mail email@example.com and reference "Polar Online Return". Representatives are available to assist you with your return Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5:00PM AEST (excluding Australian holidays).
Our Customer Service Team will provide you return instructions. Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product is found to be defective or damaged within a reasonable period from date of purchase, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund and/or compensation for a reasonably foreseeable damages and loss.
The Polar Service Centre will undertake the repair or replacement of the product where required.
If a defect is found with the product, you will be eligible to a refund of reasonable postage or transportation costs if any have been incurred and where proof of costs incurred has been provided.
Products will also be covered by the Polar Warranty in addition to any pre-existing rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Should a defect be found in a product in accordance with Polar’s Warranty, the item should be sent to a Polar Service Centre.Please remember to include a copy of your original proof of purchase
The Polar Warranty covers the training computer and sensors for two (2) years from the date of purchase for defects in material or workmanship. Damage caused by misuse or improper or unauthorized maintenance is not covered.
