Can I order by phone?

No, it is not possible to place an order by phone at the moment.

How does this online store handle international shipments?

Shipments can only be made to Australia and New Zealand. All shipments are via star track’s premium service, where depending on your location, your order may ship via air.

All Australia to New Zealand shipments may require a New Zealand import duty payment, which will be payable upon receipt of the products into New Zealand. See further details at https://www.customs.govt.nz/personal/duty-and-gst/

For New Zealand customers who would prefer to not pay the import duties, you can check the Where to Buy section of our site, for your closest authorised Polar retailer.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will shipfrom our warehouse located in Sydney within 48 hours of order receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping time is calculated from the time the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The standard delivery time of Australian post service is 1 to 4 working days. Orders to NZ may take up to 10 days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is 14.90 AUD. Orders over $150 AUD are shipped for free.

What is the Credit Card Security Number?

Using the Credit Card Sec Number for Advanced Security

To further ensure your privacy and protection, credit card companies have begun using an additional 3 or 4 digit Card security number on your credit card. This number is called a Card Verification Code (CVC) code by MasterCard, a Card Verification Value (CVV) by Visa and Card Identification Digits (CID) by American Express.

To prevent fraud, your Card ID Number does not appear on your receipt, nor is it retained by our database.

It appears only on your credit card, as a security measure to prove that users have the card on their person when making a purchase.

How to find the Credit Card Security Number on your card

MasterCard/Visa: Your Credit Card security number should be the last block of digits in your account number, directly below your signature on the back of your card.

American Express: The CID number can be found on the front, right side of your card. It is four digits long.

Credit Card incorrect, please check your number. What should I do?

Please check the number is correct and enter the card number again.
