The new Polar M460 GPS bike computer is out and the first specimens have been spotted in the wild. We asked some of our Polar athletes for their first impressions of Polar M460.

Emma Palantin, BMC-Etixx

“I hope everyone’s start to the season is going well! Mine has started with a few positive bangs one of which was receiving the new Polar M460. It’s simple to use, nice and compact and is a great bike training partner! I’m looking forward to using it in preparation for the 70.3 world champs to progress my bike strength :)”

Patrik Nilsson, BMC-Etixx

“My first impression of the new M460 is how clean it looks. It’s easy to use and I love that you are able to see Intensity Factor, Normalized Power and Training Stress Score from Trainingpeaks live in the computer.”

“Please continue sharing your workouts on Facebook or Instagram… I love to see how other people train and some of their data and numbers.”

Romain Guillaume, BMC-Etixx

“Easy to use, that perfectly sums up my first impression of the new M460. I have to admit, I am not a computer expert but with the new M460 I felt like a genius! :-)”

Greetings to the Polar community

“I really hope that all the cyclists of the Polar Community enjoy ridding their bike in the same way that I am enjoying it. Whatever your pace and level, as long as the pleasure is there, you’ll continue to see the mileage increasing on your Polar device.“

Maurice Clavel, BMC-Etixx

“I was very positively surprised by the slick and very good looking black design. The M460 is very easy to use.”

“Now, with the season underway and as the training gets more intense, listen to your body, take your Polar watch and heart rate belt and monitor your training load.”

Will Clarke, BMC-Etixx

“I received the new Polar M460 and I like the simplicity of the device and the smart design. The battery is very strong, heart rate and GPS pick up is good and as a Strava fan I like the new Strava Live Segments function to keep me motivated on the move!” GREETINGS TO THE POLAR COMMUNITY “I hope the Polar community are training hard, having fun and the numbers are moving in the right direction! See you out there.”

“I am enjoying the new M460 due to his smaller size. It provides all the necessary and accurate data both on the rides and for the records afterwards. New kits are aways very helpful to keep motivation high.”

“It is time to enjoy the training  as weather is getting better and better everywhere. Please ride carefully and safely out there.”
