How it works
Begin your session with a warmup to prepare your body and reduce the risk of injury. Once ready to start, activate Work-Rest Guide from your training view.
During each set, Work-Rest Guide tracks your heart rate in real time, automatically detecting your peak heart rate as you complete the set. As you enter the rest phase, it monitors your recovery, guiding you to rest until your heart rate drops to an optimal level.
When you’re fully recovered, Work-Rest Guide will signal that you’re ready for the next set, helping you maintain peak efficiency throughout your workout.
The Work-Rest Guide feature works best with multi-joint movements in circuit-style training or interval training. The feature is not recommended for use when training with heavy weights.
