Returns & Refunds Policy
1. General Policy
All purchases made on polar.com are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds in cases of buyer’s remorse, including (but not limited to) change of mind, incorrect product selection, or preference-based reasons.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended at the time of delivery:
- You must notify Polar India Customer Support in writing within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery.
- The notification must include:
- Order number and proof of purchase
- A description of the defect/damage
- Supporting evidence (such as photographs or videos)
Polar reserves the right to verify the reported defect/damage. If confirmed, we will, at our sole discretion, either:
- Arrange for an exchange/replacement of the product at no additional cost to you, or
- Issue a refund to the original method of payment if replacement is not feasible.
3. Conditions for Returns
For a product to be eligible for return due to defect/damage:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, and all included accessories.
- Any tampering, misuse, or unauthorized repair will void the eligibility for return/exchange.
- Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only.
- The timeline for refund credit depends on your bank or payment provider. Polar will not be liable for delays outside its control.
5. Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized servicing
- Normal wear and tear
- Requests made beyond the return window specified in this policy
