Walking Test is an uncomplicated test that you can perform regularly to estimate your aerobic fitness level based on your VO2max.

Walking Test calculates your fitness level and your VO2max without you having to visit a lab and run on treadmill until you’re exhausted.
All you need to do is to walk briskly for 15 minutes along a flat route. It’s safe, simple, and suitable for everyone.

Walking test is based on the widely used and recognized UKK 2km Walk Test.
The UKK 2km Walk Test is a simple and safe physical fitness test designed to measure cardiorespiratory fitness of adults.
How it works
Start the test on your watch, warm up for five minutes, and then walk as fast as you can, as long as you can, for 15 minutes without stopping nor running. During the test, try to keep a steady pace, slightly faster than your usual brisk walking pace, and avoid going uphill or downhill.
By factoring in the distance you walk, your heart rate during the test, and your personal metrics, the automatic calculation will estimate your aerobic fitness level based on your VO2max.
