I’ve always been the one paying attention to little details. As an athlete I thrive when I have my routines and specific training plans dialed in on a daily basis. I use my Polar Vantage V every day as part of my routines and it gives me detailed data of my Training Load, heart rate and recovery which helps me to feel I’ve done everything I could every single day.
