I’m a Belgian marathon runner and the current European marathon champion. My current PB for the marathon distance is 2h07'39".
I actually really enjoy the training period ahead of a marathon. I’m someone that likes running lots of kilometers. I often train by myself, which I really don’t mind. Polar products help me to train better. For example, Running Power is something I really like. It’s something completely new to me.
The accurate heart rate monitoring is also of the utmost importance in the analysis of our training sessions and also to determine our training blocks of course.
