WebSync Log File Location


WebSync Log file is needed in order to further investigate the data synchronization problems.

Please copy the log after failed data synchronization.

To open the Log:
Windows: Right-click WebSync icon in taskbar. Select Help → Log.





Mac OS X: Click WebSync icon in menubar. Select Help → Log.





Log file is replaced when the file size is over 1 MB.

Send the Log file to customercare@polar.fi with detailed problem description.
