Lead eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager

General Position Summary:

Responsible for growing sales through digital and eCommerce related initiatives. Focus on acquiring new customers and driving product/service sales from existing customers through various digital channels (Online Display, Email, Paid/Organic Search, Affiliates, Mobile and Social Media).

Essential Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Drive sales through 3rd party stores, such as Amazon, Meta Search partners (Price comparison sites) and affiliate networks
• Plan and deliver the prospect and existing customer affiliate strategy in line with the overall sales strategy
o Deploy, optimize and report on campaigns through the affiliate marketing channel
o Audit affiliate website performance weekly and implement optimizations
o Managing the affiliate within budgets and CPA targets
• Explore, define and implement innovative on-site solutions and tactics to drive site traffic, acquire new customers and retain current customers
• Develop and implement short and long term strategies to increase website traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), profitability and reduce cart abandonment
• Optimize site design to promote a seamless customer experience and increase customer conversion
• Coordinate with Consumer Engagement team for development and execution of CRM Programs (eNewsletters, eBlasts, etc).
• Develop tracking and reporting campaign metrics and provide analysis and results of digital campaigns
• Manage all advertising (consumer & retail/club & trade) including all facets of developing, executing and analyzing media plans
• Manage media agencies as appropriate
• Budget management and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in Marketing or Business
• 1-3 years of work experience in digital marketing or ecommerce
• Passionate and knowledgeable of the online industry and ROI based acquisition marketing with affiliate marketing experience
• Extensive online marketing experience across all Digital channel SEM, SEO, Display, Email marketing
• Hands-on experience in managing P&L of eCommerce channel
• Strong experience in forecasting, media planning and budgeting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a results-driven attitude
• Detail oriented, ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment

Provide timely and accurate customer service through telephone, chat and e-mail with Polar customers (End-users and Dealers).

Essential Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Handle incoming telephone calls, live chat/email and outgoing customer calls.
• Provide repair instructions, basic troubleshooting and repair status.
• Entry level sales responsibility for Trade Up option.
• General product related inquiries regarding features, availability and pricing.
• Log and track customer contacts via electronic feedback system.
• Meet call center and reception performance standards for answer speed, information accuracy, call length and customer satisfaction.
