Job description
Coordinate EDI Processes for the US, Canada in all facets of EDI Implementations. Monitor - Reconcile EDI Data Traffic communications with troubleshooting. Support the latest EDI Versions and Global Standards in Sterling Integrator with SAP. Approximate 22 active US Customers, 1 in Canada. All Customers are validated to conform to customers guidelines.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):


  • Coordinate GXS/INOVIS License and Agreements (VAN)

  • Coordinate Loftware Software (to design and print Bar Code UPC Labels)

  • Coordinate BarOne Software (to design and print UCC-128 Shipping Labels)

  • Coordinate end-to-end EDI Implementations (UltraEdit32, Note++ Tool File Editor)

  • Implement, Support and Maintain Value Added Network GXS/Inovis, AS/2 and FTP Communications

  • Implement, Support and Maintain EDI Maps such as:

    • 850 – Purchase Orders

    • 855 – Purchase Order Confirmation

    • 856 – Advance Shipping Notices

    • 860 – Purchase Order Changes

    • 810 – Invoices

    • 820 – Remittance Advices

    • 816 – Organizational Changes

    • 864 – Text messages

    • 812 – Debit / Credit Adjustments

    • 997 – Functional Acknowledgment

    • ORDERS - Purchase Orders

    • INVOIC - Invoices

    • ORDRSP - Purchase Order / Order Confirmation

    • DESADV - Delivery Shipment Confirmation

    • SHPADV - Shipping Notification

      (Support ANSIX12, EDIFACT Standards)

  • Support US and EU maps and envelopes

  • Collaborate with HQ and Hong Kong collegues to provide 24/5 monitoring and reation for business critical application globally

  • Support HQ & HK collegues

  • Manage AS/2 Certificates

  • Administrator Support of GXS/INOVIS inbound and outbound messages

  • Review latest Vendor Guidelines Updates for all EDI Customers

  • Support, maintain Product Catalogs (for Scheels though SPS Commerce) for customers

  • Documentation of EDI Procedures and Topology

  • Design to print UCC-128 Shipping Labels and Bar Code UPC Labels

  • Maintain EDI Customer Ship-to’s and Tables on SAP and DC/Store Re-alignments as requested

  • Reconcile Inbound and Outbound EDI Messages to/from SAP

  • The following SAP Order Checkings are performed before an EDI Order is delivered to the Warehouse:

    • Price Checking

    • Inventory Checking


  • Research Charge Backs from EDI Customers for Accounting Department to dispute claims

  • Perform EDI Process Validations before SAP Updates are transferred to Production

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Proficient in SAP SD, MM Modules, SAP Mapping, XML, SAP EDI-Table Configuration, IBM Sterling Integrator for UNIX/OS and Windows, SAP/ALE-IDOC (minimum 3-5 years’ experience) legacy interfaces, back-ups
• Added plus - Sterling Commerce Customer Support Training: GENTRAN Integration Suite (Performance, Tuning, Mapping, AS/2 Communications)
• Knowledge of AS/2, FTP
• Value Added Network (VAN) Expertise (Inovisworks)
