What can you do with the LiveWell app?
Connect your Polar watch to the LiveWell app by giving consent from Polar Flow to transfer all your activity and sleep data directly to the app.
• Set a goal and monitor activities that help you turn your lifestyle into a positive one
• Get advice and guidance for a more active life, track your habits, mood, stress, smoking and alcohol
• Manage health checkups
• Participate in collective challenges created to encourage good habits
• Earn points for being active and choose your reward: which also includes Polar products!
How to activate the Livewell app?
LiveWell app is available for free for iOS and Android. Once downloaded, enter the activation code UNCB-JE53-XKJK and start your journey towards a healthier life!
The collaboration will initially start with six countries – Brazil, Italy, Portugal, Spain, the UK & Ireland and will expand to other countries in due course where Polar and LiveWell are present.
