Polar Cycling Performance Test white paper

The Cycling performance test white paper describes a test that allows a user to determine cycling performance. This test uses functional threshold power (FTP) as a main parameter and requires power sensors connected to a Polar product. FTP is the average power which a cyclist can maintain for 60 minutes. This white paper gives details on physiological and technical backgrounds as well as details about the test protocols that can be used in this test.
