Overview
Iconic Japanese watchmaker Casio wanted to add advanced sports training and recovery features into selected new G-SHOCK watches, giving users meaningful and personalized performance insights. To achieve this, Casio partnered with Polar for expertise in sports science and physiological analytics.
The collaboration, powered through the “Powered by Polar” platform, combines G-SHOCK’s renowned rugged and shock-resistant design with Polar’s advanced, science-backed training and recovery algorithms.
Following the success of the initial partnership, Casio expanded the collaboration by integrating Polar algorithms into additional product launches to meet growing consumer demand for advanced health and fitness insights.
