I love to exercise my body on a daily basis - doesn’t matter if its on bike, running, skiing or fitness. Since I was 12 years old my life has been all about riding and racing bicycles. First I started with BMX, then various MTB disciplines and for training I also use my road bike a lot. I am a very ambitious and driven type when it comes to training and competition. Although I concentrate more on bike adventures and guiding now, I still want to be the best version of myself and able to conquer all the tasks I set myself. I have been a Polar athlete since 2018, which has helped me to reach my goals more effectively.
