Being a little late ;) Apart from that, I focus on the breath and visualize that it will go incredibly well.
Proudest sporting moment:
Crossing the finish line at Gaustadtoppen (Norseman XTRI) with my wife when I won in 2014 is definitely one of the highlights. In addition, I have had wonderful experiences especially in Ironman Haugesund, Lofoten Triathlon and the seven other times I have participated in Norseman.
