Without fries, without me!
I´ve registered for a middle distances 3 hours away from home and recognized after 2 hours driving that I forgot my bike shoes at home. So what to do? I started the bike course in running shoes – maybe the fastest transition time ever ;)
I started with triathlon at the beginning of 20 and really had no idea how exhausting it could be. With every competition I did, I realize today that it was crazy to start without thinking „okay, what if …“. But it worked. That´s my greatest achievement in sport: focusing on the moment and not struggling with thoughts like „what could be“.
