Running - definitely! Additionally I train athletics and mobility at least twice a week and if there is any more time I love swimming.

I love the figures and facts after a run. First thing after each run is a check of all analytics in Polar Flow and what I absolutely cannot stand are odd kilometers. Therefore, I sometimes do some rounds around our house, what seems to be very funny for our neighbours...
There isn't any one big moment. Running is a Great Gift and I am happy to be able to enjoy each run.
