Ultra runner and trail connoisseur David Kilgore, born in UK, raised in Florida and currently residing in NYC, is a runner of all trades from shorter distance races on the road/track to long ultra-distance on the trails. and a Floridian-turned-New Yorker placed third at the 2018 USATF 50K Trail Championships, won the 2018 Breakneck Point 42K and has a 50K PB of a mind-boggling 3:01. In 2019 he came in 4th at the USATF Trail Championships at Fourmidable 50k in California, made the 2019 USA Trail world team and ran a double marathon in Rio De Janeiro in 5:40:02 in ON Running CloudStratus shoes. He’s done it all with a seemingly go-with-the-flow approach — running mostly by feel and finding inspiration simply by exploring new areas by foot.
