How do I backup/restore BodyAge™ 5.x data or move it to a different computer?
Go to Preferences / Database Management. On the Backup tab, you can click the button with 3 dots on it to specify the file name of the backup, click Save, then click the Backup button to make a backup. On the Restore tab, you can click the button with 3 dots to browse to the backup and select the file, then click Restore. You can copy the backup to the backup folder on a different computer and restore it. You can also go to Preferences / Database Management to make a manual backup.
