In the sport of running, time is the enemy and for that reason we must keep it close. Every day of training is dictated by the watch on my wrist and the feedback it provides me is the ultimate instrument to determine whether I am performing at my best. The advanced data and dependability of Polar gives me the greatest understanding of my body so that I can train my body to its fullest potential.
I grew up on Long Island where I was a 3x New York State Champion. From there I matriculated to Columbia University where I won 9 Ivy League titles. Now I reside in Hastings On Hudson, NY with my wife, Patricia and our zero kids.
