The polarpersonaltrainer.com platform was in operation for almost 20 years, and although successful, was built on a platform that doesn't support the renewal that is required of training software today. Because of this, Polar has put a focus on our Flow service, which supports better syncing, storage and even sharing options. On Dec 31, 2019, polarpersonaltrainer.com service was closed and we've made the full transition to the Polar Flow platform.
Polar decided to streamline our training services offering and to discontinue polarpersonaltrainer.com. The polarpersonaltrainer.com technical platform was initially developed in the early 2000s and operated for close to two decades. As such the technical platform has became obsolete and regrettably it is no longer viable for us to carry out any further development or maintain any support on the platform For this reason, we have been focusing our efforts on the development of the Flow service.
