I have used a heart monitor watch now for a couple of years and I have shared it with many people that are around me. My story is one of success in that I was grossly overweight and with the help of monitoring my heart rate during my running I was able to lose weight and run several 5ks with my time 43+ minutes on my first one to 34 minute on the last one I ran. I always use this monitoring system in my workouts to ensure I am getting into my zone. My time is valueable and I want to make sure that I am staying fit, my watch helps me make the most of my time.
