Half the Size , but Twice the Man
I have been on an Life Changing journey for the past 2 years that has resulted in my losing 186 lbs from my highest weight of 360lb down to my lowest weight of 174Lbs. This transition was made possible through the use of a combination of my Polar Heart Monitor and my HealthMiles Stepper through a daily walking program which averaged over 10k steps at a Target Heart rate and a reduced calorie diet. I was on a 1500 Calorie diet for the first 12 months and then I had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy Bariatric procedure and reduced my Calorie intake to 1000 Calories for the last 12 months. I may be Half the Size but I feel like Twice the Man.
