6 months ago, I was sent on Temporary Duty with the military. I weighed in @ 225 lbs, with a 40.5" waist. I needed to cut significant weight and improve my run time to pass my fitness test. After 6 months of steadily good eating and cycling and running using my Polar S520, I weighed in at 192, with a waist of 35", and passed my PT test with flying colors, including a mile and a half time of 9:50!
