Daniel Loayza

I have been using the Polar CS200cad since June to log & monitor my progress & calories burned, as well as avoid over-training. Having taken a ten year hiatus from regular exercise due to suffering a disabling ankle injury, I have struggled to maintain an exercise regimen. The CS200, polar-connect software & free online diary have helped me to effortlessly maintain a log of my efforts and accomplishments. In June I struggled to complete short rides of approximately 25 miles, and usually averaged between 10-12 mph (on flat routes even). My average heart rates were regularly above 150bpm! I'm overjoyed to say that 4 months and over 1600 miles later, my distances and average speeds have radically increased, and my average heart rates have radically decreased! I regularly see 115 to 130bpm for average heart rate, and average speeds are around 14mph. I'm especially proud to report that I just completed a century (100 mile ride) with 4,500' of c! limbing at an average speed of 15.1mph! The Polar CS200cad computer has been absolutely integral in my training, both for monitoring progress, and avoiding over-training (thanks to the training recommendations). I am now 184lbs, having lost 15lbs in 4 months. My physical fitness has drastically improved, and I expect to lose another 15lbs by year's end. Needless to say, I am an extremely well-satisfied customer!

For goal-oriented cyclists

Just like the CS200, the CS200cad has all the same features to help you achieve your cycling goals. However, what makes it special is a cadence sensor. This essential sensor helps you to get more out of your training experience and more from your performance.
