Troubleshooting FT60 synchronization

To sync your training data from FT60 to polarpersonaltrainer.com web service you'll need

- FT60 or FT60 with G1
- an account at polarpersonaltrainer.com
- FlowLink® data transfer dongle
- latest version of WebSync software

If synchronizing to polarpersonaltrainer.com fails

1. Check that FlowLink® is properly attached to the USB port, and that your computer recognizes it. FlowLink® connection indicators are listed here.

2. Check that you have the most recent version of WebSync software installed.

3. Make sure you are able to login to polarpersonaltrainer.com.

4. Check that you're synchronizing according to instructions. If there is an error message, check here how to proceed.

5. Check that your firewall or antivirus software is not preventing synchronization.

6. If you have problems with Internet/server connection, check your proxy settings. To set proxy settings, right-click on WebSync icon in taskbar and select WebSync Settings ⇒ Network Settings tab. You can get your proxy settings from your local service provider. You can also try using a direct connection to the Internet or automatically detected network settings.

7. Close and restart WebSync software. Right-click WebSync icon in taskbar and select Exit WebSync. Start the WebSync software again from the desktop icon. Retry data synchronization.

If troubleshooting doesn't help, please contact your local Polar customer care. Include WebSync log file in your message.
