Race Pace in RCX5

Race Pace feature helps you achieve a target time for a set distance by guiding you to stay at a steady speed/pace. All you need to do is to define a target time for a distance, e.g. 45 minutes for a 10 kilometer run, and start training.

During training your training pace/speed is checked against the set target pace/speed. RCX5 then lets you know how far ahead or behind you are, and what pace/speed you should be at to achieve your target.

If you use Race Pace to train, the ZoneOptimizer feature will not be available for you.
