Tips

FT80 shortcut buttons

Some FT80 buttons can be used as shortcuts to different functions. Just press and hold the button for one second.

Return to time view at any point by pressing and holding the Back button.

In Time view

Press and hold:

  • Light button to enter Quick menu where you can lock buttons, set alarm, change time mode, and calibrate S1 foot pod.
  • Up button to change watch face.
  • OK button to start training session recording.
  • Down button to change time zone.

During training

Press and hold:

  • Light button to enter Quick menu where you can lock buttons, set alarm, change time mode, and calibrate S1 foot pod.
  • OK button to lock the training zone. 

Light button

  • Enters Quick menu where you can lock buttons, set alarm, change time mode, and calibrate S1 foot pod when in Time view, or during training.
  • Deletes the selected training file when in Data → Training files.
  • Deletes the selected OwnIndex value when in Applications → Fitness test → OwnIndex results.
  • Resets the stopwatch when in Applications → Stopwatch.
  • Deletes the selected OwnRelax value when in Applications → Relaxation test → OwnRelax results.
