Please use the below instructions for sending all Polar products in for service or battery replacement in the United States only. This page will assist you with both warranty and non warranty repairs. Please read carefully as this contains all service instructions.
All Polar products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you would like further details on the Polar International Warranty please click here.
Non Warranty Service
If you are outside of the 2 year warranty, or simply need a battery replacement in your monitor please contact the nearest authorized service center for quick service. All of authorized shops below have mail in service in addition to walk in service. So if you are in the area feel free to call or walk in, if you are not in the area fill out the form below and ship it over.

For all service using the NY service center:
All warranty service should come back to Polar directly. Please use the "Online Registration" Link below.
After registration is complete you will be provided with sending instructions and a packaging slip for service. Registering your repair online will provide you with a unique repair ID that will allow you to check your status online and also receive e-mail messages with the progress. Common Service Questions
Q: How long does it take to get my Polar back?
A: Excluding shipping, the turn around time should be no longer than 7 working days.
Q: Should I send all parts of the system(strap, footpod, GPS..etc.)
A: We would suggest sending in the complete set.
Q: I have read the above, but still unsure where to send the product back for service. Can you you help?
A: We try to make things very easy for you, but we have to be detailed so there may be a lot of information. Here are 2 points that may help:
- We have 5 authorized watch repair shops scattered around the US - if you have had your product for more than 2 years, or just need a battery in your watch send it to one of them. Fill out the PDF form above, the form also has their addresses.
- If you have owned your product for under 2 years and you hare having issues send it to Polar directly. All Polar products are covered under warranty for 2 years. We will stand behind the product. Be sure to include a copy of the sales receipt showing the date of purchase. Click on the big red "Click to Start Online Repair Registration" link to start the warranty process.
Q: My Polar system is "not working" and I have only had it for under 2 years, will I have to pay for repairs?
A: All Polar products carry a 2 year warranty. We have you covered for everything except for batteries and damage caused by you. We will also cover the shipping cost back to you.
