How to silence the exercise plan alarm with Polar RS400, RS800, CS400 and CS600?
Once you have created a training program in Polar ProTrainer 5 software and transferred it to your monitor, the reminder turns on and the monitor reminds you according to the defined time (on time, 10 min, 30 min or 1 hour before the exercise).
In case you want to switch the exercise plan alarm on silent enter Program menu and press and hold the LIGHT button. Go to Reminder → Sound → select Silent.
You cannot do this in the ProTrainer 5, for instance when you define your other product settings and send them to your monitor.
