Windows: Right-click the WebSync icon on taskbar and select WebSync Settings.
Mac OS X: Secondary click the WebSync icon on the menu bar and select Settings.
Select Network Settings and make sure the settings correct.
If you have Automatically detect network settings selected, the WebSync automatically uses the same network settings as e.g. your Internet browser.
If the synchronization does not work with that setting try the other settings: Direct connection to the internet and Manual proxy settings.
Then check if you can access to https://www.polarpersonaltrainer.com. If no, there may be problems in your Internet connection.
Also, make sure the Polar WebSync software is allowed to pass through the firewall without restrictions and that your antivirus software is not preventing data transfer.
